Winter time is soup time. I made a huge batch of fire roasted tomato soup that I’m still working on, but it doesn’t mean I haven’t stopped brainstorming on what to cook next with my new CSA share!
I have some sort of leafy green & butternut squash so I think I’m going to make a simple stew. The ingredients are all super easy (under 10). I’m going to add some smoked paprika to give it that extra pizzazz & either some fake ground meat that I have or some shrimp that I’ll chop up into tiny bits. I’m making myself hungry
Today, I bought myself a Christmas Tree and decorated my apt. to make it all festive for the Holiday party!
Tomorrow I’m gonna post pics of my tree, what everything cost, and how to be festive on a budget!
