In other news, I am starting a craft class in January. It’s a 6-week, online craft class. Yay!
Also, rando tip from my mom & The Vinegar Book:
In the washing machine, you can keep colors from running by immersing your clothes in full strength vinegar before washing. Brighten your fabric colors by adding a half-cup of vinegar to your rinse cycle.
If you live where it is hot and your clothes do not dry quick enough, and they come out of the dryer with a mildew smell, just try some vinegar in the rinse cycle and it will take the smell right out of them.
Another reason to use vinegar in the rinse cycle is that is cuts down on the lint. Put one half to one cup in the rinse cycle and you will notice the difference.
My mom told me that little tidbit last time she was here..it makes your clothes LAST longer because they don’t get dull as fast and colors don’t run (and if you are cheapo like me and wash my whites w/ my darks..). Very helpful tip for when you buy those new dark jeans
