Dont know why this didn’t post days ago but here’s an update I wrote a LONG time ago haha.
==================
Today is our day off in Phoenix, so I decided to update the blog! It is HOT. AS. HECK. I lost my phone yesterday and it was total john lamos.
The tour started out REAL strong. The crowds at our stage for Pierce the Veil in Carson City and Mountainview were chart topping!! Can’t wait to show you photos! Adam, our tour photographer has been on this tour documenting every incredible moment. He’s been walking around the festival wearing his black body suit, covered from head to toe looking like evil Spider man. Being all monkey like with his camera and/or PTV stage times sign. I don’t think he’ll be doing that the next 3 days, unless he wants to pass out.
This whole experience has been surreal and I try to wrap my head around it every day. I’ve been trying to get to know the band and crew, it’s kinda hard being the new person. Still trying to figure out everyone’s like and dislikes, but everyone is SUPER nice. I’m usually the first one awake, except lately, Jaime (PTV’s guitar player) has been beating me with his early morning world cup viewings!! He is the most energetic of the group. I naturally gravitate to certain people on the tour like Jaime, Casey, Johnny, Vic and Manny from Closure in Moscow’s crew, but I know in time, I’ll start opening up to the rest and the rest will open up to me. I’m the girl of the tour so everyone is still trying to suss out the situation.
Closure and Moscow has been winning fans over left and right. Yesterday in Ventura, was the largest walk up crowd I’ve seen for them. It’s always great when they’re playing and I see people stop to watch. It may be because of Chris’s stage antics but regardless the are good dudes, who make good music and we are trying really hard to get people to listen to them!
Last night I went to the after party BBQ. PTV’s friends from San Diego stopped by. I hung out with the girls for a bit but kinda clung to Vic, he’s the lead singer of PTV and many people just know him. It was good because I got to meet a lot of people and see some people and actually introduce myself. For awhile I was overwhelmed with just how many people I didn’t know, didn’t recognize. I literally have no idea what any of the bands there look like. Good/bad? I don’t know…but I’m glad I have good people taking me around.

You need to find Johnny from St. Louis on the tour, I believe he’s at the Fearless Records tent? He’s the best and you guys should become BFF, we know each other through Sugarcult, haha.
