Being veg is hard enough..but i’m gonna try to go vegan for a few weeks. I’m gonna do it first, for 5 days starting tomorrow. Break for turkey day (spending it as a guest so I don’t want to inconvenience them too much) and then try another 5 days. Being vegan makes you really think about what you are putting into your body because a lot of things you don’t realize contain animal products or trace amounts of dairy products. It is going to be HARRRDD but I’m totes going to do it! I did it once and it felt great but I really love cheese too much to give it up forevs!

Dipping your toes in is a great idea, but don’t forget that, as with most things, it gets easier as you go along. The first few trips to the grocery store were hard for me as I had to say goodbye to many products, but over a month or so I discovered the abundance of vegan items there, and now it doesn’t seem hard at all.
You might be stuck with the feeling of deprivation without the wonderful freedom of never having to eat something that goes against your values.
